This signed digital form confirms that you have reviewed the relevant information and agree to the following:

• You have read and understood the health and safety guidelines and working terms
• You will follow all procedures and site-specific rules while working on any Castle Carpentry Services project
• You understand that any work carried out outside of these conditions is not the responsibility of Castle Carpentry Services Ltd

Please also note that photographs of work carried out on our sites must not be used on social media for business promotion or personal marketing purposes.

We ask that you keep a copy of the safety documentation for your own records. Once reviewed, please complete and digitally sign this acknowledgement so we can continue working safely and professionally together on site.
